Exchange Accepted Within 14 Days of Purchase

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your blanket for any reason, including requesting a different size or color, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Condition: The blanket must be in its original packaging and cannot be unrolled.

3. Process: To initiate an exchange , please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for exchange. If you are requesting a different size, please specify the desired size during this communication.

4. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange for a different size, we will process your exchange upon receiving the returned blanket.
   
5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the blanket is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Replacement Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our blankets and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review our replacement policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions under which replacements may be issued.

Replacement Eligibility Window

All replacement requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. This 90-day period begins on the date the order is placed, not the delivery date.

After 90 days, we are no longer responsible for the care, condition, or performance of the blanket, and no replacements will be issued under any circumstances beyond this timeframe.

What Qualifies for a Replacement

Replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Manufacturer defects (such as stitching issues or fabric flaws present at the time of delivery)
  • Damage that occurred during transit and is reported promptly
  • Significant quality issues that render the blanket unusable, as determined by our team

All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.

What Does NOT Qualify for a Replacement

 

The following situations are not eligible for replacement:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care
  • Shrinkage, pilling, or texture changes resulting from washing or extended use
  • Damage caused by pets, children, sharp objects, or household use
  • Color variation due to lighting, screen settings, or natural fabric characteristics
  • Blankets that have been washed, used extensively, or altered
  • Issues reported after the 90-day replacement window

Once a blanket has been in use for an extended period, factors outside of our control—such as laundering methods, storage, and everyday handling—can affect its condition. For this reason, responsibility for the blanket’s care transfers fully to the customer after the 90-day period.

Required Documentation

To request a replacement within the eligible timeframe, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief explanation of the concern

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the replacement request.

Replacement Process

If a replacement is approved:

  • The original blanket may need to be returned before a replacement is issued
  • Replacement items are subject to availability
  • If the original item is no longer in stock, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion

Shipping costs for approved replacements will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

All sale, archive, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for replacement, unless the item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect reported within the replacement window.
