Returns Accepted Within 14 Days of Purchase

Every item is thoughtfully packaged, carefully inspected, and prepared with the intention of bringing comfort into your home. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. To maintain fairness and consistency for all customers — and to support the sustainability of our small business — we ask that you review the detailed guidelines below.

1. Eligibility Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, depending on which applies to your order. This timeframe helps us ensure that all returned items remain in sellable condition and that our inventory stays accurate for future customers.

2. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the blanket must meet the following standards:
• It must be unused, unopened, and remain in its original sealed packaging.
• Blankets that have been opened, unrolled, removed from their packaging, or used in any way are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for store credit at our discretion.

These guidelines ensure that every customer receives a fresh, hygienic, and untouched product — something we believe is essential for bedding items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to begin a return, please reach out to our customer service team with:
• Your order number,
• The name on the order, and
• A brief explanation for the return.

Once received, we will provide a return authorization, along with the necessary instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns may experience delays in processing.

4. Refund Processing Details

After your return is delivered to our warehouse, our team will complete an inspection to confirm it meets the eligibility standards listed above. Once approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow a standard processing timeframe for the refund to appear on your statement based on your financial institution.

If the item does not meet the return criteria, we will contact you with available options.

5. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Final Sale & Deep Discount Items

To maintain transparent and fair pricing for all customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• All items purchased at any discount during special promotions or seasonal sales.
• Any item discounted more than 50% is automatically considered final sale, with no exceptions.
• Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

• Any Items bought on the Archive Sale are FINAL SALE

This policy allows us to offer major seasonal discounts as a thank-you to our customers while still operating sustainably as a small business.

7. Purchases Made With Gift Cards

Orders placed using a gift card—whether partial or full—are not eligible for returns. Store credit may be issued only if the item meets the criteria outlined above.

8. Restocking Fee

To help cover warehouse handling, inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing, a $15 restocking fee per item will be deducted from all applicable refunds. This fee allows us to maintain our pricing structure and continue offering premium-quality products at an affordable cost.

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping expenses are non-refundable.
