Returns Accepted Within 30 Days of Purchase

We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return your blanket, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Condition: The blanket must be in its original packaging and cannot be unrolled. 

3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.

5. Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product.

6. No returns accepted on sale items. 

7. Purchases made with a gift cards are not eligible for returns.
